Introduction & Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "You") and r4777 (hereinafter referred to as "r4777", "We", "Us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r4777 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://r4777.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related services.

Account Management & Security

Your r4777 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other individual. The following rules govern the management and security of your account:

• Password Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• Verification Before Withdrawal: All players must complete the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal request is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.

Betting Rules & Wager Validity

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by r4777. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the wager amount has been deducted from your account balance.
• Insufficient Balance: Bets that exceed your available account balance at the time of placement will be declined. r4777 does not offer credit betting.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: r4777 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum stake limits to any betting market, game, or account at any time. Stake limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price or payout being offered, r4777 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. r4777 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets placed during a period when the market was suspended in error may be voided by r4777.
• Void Bets: Where a bet is voided by r4777 for any reason (including but not limited to: event cancellation, market error, rule breach), the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Dispute Resolution: All disputes relating to individual bets must be reported to r4777 support within 30 days of the bet settlement date. r4777's decision on any dispute is final and binding, having been made in good faith with reference to the applicable rules for that market or game type.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

r4777 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the r4777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement in influencing the outcome, or where you have received information not publicly available at the time of betting.

Any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all outstanding wagering requirements (if any bonus funds are active) have been met.
• r4777-Initiated Closure: r4777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it determines, acting in good faith, that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is operated by an ineligible person; (c) continued operation of the account poses a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk; or (d) the account is subject to a regulatory or law enforcement instruction.
